十、找地方（Guiding）
在餐厅或是饭店，经常会有用餐客人问路，或是为客人领路，因此服务员要掌握常用的方向表达用语，以便更好地与客人沟通交流。
【基本句型】
1. Where is the washroom?
厕所在哪儿?
2. Can you tell me where the public rest rooms are?
您能告诉我洗手间在哪儿吗?
3. Could you tell me where I can wash my hands?
请问洗手间怎么走?
4. I’ll show you the way to the washroom. This way please.
我带您去洗手间。请这边走。
5. It is over there, at the end of the hallway.
在那儿，大厅的尽头。
6. It’s around the corner over there.
在那边拐角处。
7. Oh, it’s right near here.
哦，就在这儿附近。
8. It’s straight ahead on your left.
就在您前面左手边。
9. It’s just over there behind the counter.
就在柜台后面。

S：The stairway is over there , at the end of the hallway.
客人：请问洗手间在哪儿？
服务员：就在楼梯附近。
客人：请问楼梯在哪儿?
服务员：楼梯就在大厅的尽头。
情景2-16：客人问洗手间在哪儿
G：Could you tell me where the rest room is?
S：It’s around the corner over there. You can be go straight along the corridor. The rest room is on your right.
G：Thanks a lot.
S：You’re welcome.
客人：请问洗手间在哪儿?
服务员：在那边拐角处。您顺着走廊往前走，洗手间在您的右手边。
客人：非常感谢。
服务员：不客气。
