材料 糖粉50克,蛋清40克,黄油50克,低筋面粉50克
1.面糊制作
将糖粉加入软化的黄油中,用蛋抽搅拌1分钟左右,分3次加入蛋清,搅拌均匀。此时面糊为细腻流动状态。筛入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。

2.挤制与烘焙
把面糊装进裱花袋,烤盘上垫上底布,挤出长度约5厘米、手指粗细的条状面糊。送入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,160℃,烤15分钟左右,烤到饼干边缘呈金黄色即可。
