1. 将胡萝卜切块,洋葱切片,西红柿切片;

3. 将牛肉块下锅,水开后焯5分钟,捞起,用凉水冲净;

4. 炒锅放油,放入蒜头、香叶、草果、白蔻、陈皮、八角、大葱煸炒,炒出香味后加入牛肉块,继续煸炒至水干,再加入胡萝卜块、洋葱片、香菇、西红柿继续炒;

5. 锅里加水至能浸没材料,放入冰糖、草寇、老抽、沙茶酱、黄酒、盐,同时放入鸡蛋进行卤制,用大火烧至快好时放入菜心烫熟;

6. 同时,在另一个锅中加沸水,下入拉面,煮熟后捞入面碗中,浇上浇头。
